ShopDocument ArchiverTM provides a secondary Database and the needed Tools for Managing ShopDocuments that have been deleted from ShopFloorManager's main database.

When the life cycles of your ShopDocuments are at their life's end you can delete them from ShopFloorManager's main database without concern as the are automatically Archived in the Archived secondary Database.

Using ShopDocument Archiver you can recover a ShopDocument if it has been delete by mistake or you just need to recover it for whatever reason.

ShopDocument Archiver also provides the Tools to Permanently Purge selected ShopDocuments.

Note: ShopDocument ArchiverTM Automatically Archive ShopDocuments that are Deleted or Purged from ShopFloorManager.

Use the Search Engine to Locate any ShopDocuments using the Following:

• Name
• Version
• Last Accessed
• Last Modified
• Size
• Type
• Archive Original
• Archive Time-stamp
• Archive User Name

Note: ShopDocument ArchiverTM uses ShopFloorManager'sTM Search Engine for locating any ShopDocuments that have been archived from ShopFloorManager'sTM main database.

Use the Search Engine to select the properties on which you want to search for the ShopDocument. You can create multi-level search field for locating any ShopDocument.
