ShopMonitorTM is the ShopFloorManager TM Component for Creating, Managing, Collecting and Reporting Real-Time Machine Tool Production Status, Probe Measurements, Maintenance, etc. Events.

You can use ShopMonitor to Manage and Create virtually any type of Machine Tool Production Related Events for Collecting, Recording,Report Generating and Displaying of Real-Time Charts For: Cycle Counts, Cycle Times, Idle Times, Cycle Start, Cycle End, Probe Measurement, Tool Changes, Feed Rate Override, Machine Hold, Maintenance, etc.

You can automatically insert Production Statu Events into ShopNCFiles or Macros so when a Program or Macro executes a ShopMonitor Event is output from the Machine Tool to ShopFloorManager where it is intercepted, parsed and Recorded in the Database. These Events are then pasted on to ShopCharts where these Events are display Real-Time.

If you have Manual Machine Tools and or other types of Cost Centers and would like to collect Events use ShopMDITM. ShopMDI can also be used for tasks such as collection Maintenance Information.

• Select the Displayed List of Monitored CNCs at Each Client
• Select a Different List of Monitored Machine Tools at Different Clients
• Production Status Present State Displayed as Follows
• Is Displayed if Machine is Running Production
• Is Displayed if Machine has Exceeded Nominal Cycle Time
• Is Displayed if Machine has Paused & was Interrupted by Non-Production Event
• Is Displayed if Machine has Exceeded Nominal Cycle Time & was Interrupted by Non-Production Event
• Is Displayed if Machine has been interrupted by a Planned Stop or Unplanned Stop. I.E. OEE Break, etc.
• Is Displayed if Machine's time interval has been set to Not Scheduled. I.E. Lunch, Work Break, Weekends, etc.
• Is Displayed if Operator is recording Information. Displayed in “Most Recent Activity” & Other Information Programs!
• Is Displayed if Machine has stopped and is Idle. Past Cumulative Cycle Times are within Normal Cycle Time.
• Is Displayed if a Machine has stopped and is Idle. Past Average Cumulative Cycle Times exceeded Normal Cycle Time.
